After more than 20 years in the coffee business, two things still bothered me. One, coffee filters were bleached white with chemicals and two, they were very hard to separate. Then, a few years ago, I began working with one of America's most respected coffee producers to develop a new kind of filter. A natural brown filter that hasn't been bleached white.
